1) Eligibility window
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
The request must be sent from the email used for purchase (or an email that can be verified as belonging to the purchasing account).
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, their refund rules may apply and we may be limited in what we can do.
2) What is refundable
Eligible purchases: one-time payments for digital course access made directly on devpythoncourses.
Non-refundable items may include: taxes where non-recoverable, third-party transaction fees that cannot be returned, or add-ons explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Because access is digital, we do not accept physical returns and we do not process refunds based on shipping issues (there are none).
3) Fair-use conditions
To keep the policy fair, we may deny refund requests in cases of abuse. Abuse includes repeated purchases and refunds, excessive consumption of content followed by a refund request, or chargeback misuse.
We may ask clarifying questions about technical issues or access problems so we can help you resolve them before processing a refund.
We reserve the right to limit refunds if there is clear evidence of fraud, content scraping, or account sharing.
4) How to request a refund
Email contact@devpythoncourses.info with the subject line: “Refund Request”.
Include: the email used to purchase, the course name (or plan), the approximate purchase date, and a short reason (optional but helpful).
If your request relates to a technical issue, include a brief description of what you tried. We may be able to fix access quickly.
5) What happens after you request
We confirm the purchase and check eligibility. If we need more details, we will reply with a short checklist.
If approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method through the payment processor.
After a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course materials may be revoked.
6) Processing times
We typically review requests within a few business days, depending on volume and verification requirements.
Once issued, the time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot speed up bank processing times, but we can confirm whether a refund has been initiated.
7) Chargebacks and disputes
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, the dispute process may delay resolution.
We may suspend access while a chargeback is under review.
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us immediately so we can help secure your account and investigate.
8) Discounts and promotions
If you purchased with a discount, refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.
Promotional offers may have additional conditions shown at checkout. If there is a conflict, the checkout terms take priority.
9) Updates to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy to clarify terms or reflect changes in how we deliver the service.
If we update it, we will revise the effective date and publish the new version on this page.
